Weekly Parent Notes for January 30- February 3rd

-Don’t forget to register on FACTS by January 31st to receive the 1/2 price registration fee.  You need to complete the enrollment form and schedule your tuition payments for your registration to be complete.

–Parents, please be mindful of safety when coming to drop off students in the morning.
We understand the morning rush and the frustration caused by Nashville’s traffic, but the safety of our families far outweighs the need to be at school on time. The far right lane on Thompson as you are traveling east is a bike lane, and some of our families need to walk in that lane. Please keep this in mind.  Also, we are asking that you don’t cut through the parking lot on that east side of the building as a short cut.  We thank you for your attention to these matters.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Parent Education SeriesThe first event, the book study on The Heart of Catholicism begins this Thursday, February 2 at 7:15 in the Science Lab.
Thanks again for your cooperation during Thursday’s evacuation.  Remember, if you did not receive the electronic phone messages, please make sure that the office has your current contact info.

Next week is Catholic School’s Week, please take a minute to look over the schedule for additions and changes in the school schedule next week.  The entire school will eat lunch at the same time on Friday.  Please pack a sack lunch and drink with your child or complete the attached order form and return to the office by Thursday.  You do NOT need to send in money for lunch.  The student’s lunch accounts will be charged like usual.
