Shadow Day & Admissions Assessment

• Basic Skills Assessment (45-60 minutes) during Shadow Day

  • Our Admissions Director will schedule

  • Parent/family interview

Apply for Financial Aid

• Submit application via FACTS (February 26, 2027)

• W-2 and completed tax return

• Financial Aid decisions will be made by March 31

• If using ESA, EFS, or IEA, please notify Kelly Wolfe at kwolfe@stedward.org

Notification of Admissions Status

Decision letters mailed on February 19 for applications submitted in full.​​

1. Complete School Enrollment via FACTS

2. Submit $185 Enrollment Fee

3. Set-up payment plan in FACTS

4. Set-up incidental billing in FACTS
