Mrs. Julie Prickett serves as the Catechist for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Atrium at St. Edward School, where she is beginning her fourth year in this role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Purdue University and has completed Catechesis of the Good Shepherd training in Levels I, II, and III. Julie began her teaching career at Holy Rosary Academy, where she taught from 1999 to 2014 in a variety of roles including 3rd grade, 6th grade English, 7th and 8th grade religion, and as an Atrium Catechist.

Julie loves teaching the children at St. Edward because of their excitement for learning, their kindness and generosity, and their deep love for God. She is continually inspired by their compassion for Our Lord, their heartfelt prayers, and their ability to recognize God's work in their lives. Outside of school, Julie enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
