Mr. Daniel Kane has been teaching at St. Edward School since 2024, where he serves as the Junior High Social Studies teacher. He holds a bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education from Aquinas College and also holds a certificate in Catholic Social-Emotional Learning. In addition to teaching, Mr. Kane leads the Tabletop Role-Playing Games Club and coaches for Nashville Catholic Rugby.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Kane was raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York. He moved to Nashville in 2020 to pursue his studies and has enjoyed making it his home. A proud Knight of Columbus, he loves traveling and learning about new places, and he is an enthusiastic fan of the New York Yankees, Buffalo Bills, and rugby. Mr. Kane is excited to share his love of history and learning with the students of St. Edward.
