Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Eric studied Theology at the University of Dallas. He spent the next 15 years at a Marianist middle and high school back on Long Island, teaching Church History, Scripture, and catechetics while working in and overseeing the technology department. Along the way he helped craft curriculum, served on the Academic Council, moderated student clubs, led retreats, and coached middle school boys soccer.

For over a decade he also directed the school's websites, social media, and marketing, working alongside its administration and religious community on communication and fundraising strategies that saw enrollment and giving grow year over year. In 2023 he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, to take on new media projects and grow his consulting business. In 2024 he came to Nashville to join St. Edward, where he now handles marketing and communications for both the church and the school.

For years Eric has served with the Hospitalité Notre-Dame de Lourdes, which welcomes and cares for the sick pilgrims who come to the Grotto in Lourdes, France. He was received as a full member in 2019 and returns to serve annually.
