Financial Aid

Cost should not be the reason a family rules out St. Edward. We offer need-based aid, and Tennessee’s education freedom programs may also help.

How Aid Works

All financial aid and need-based scholarships run through one application in FACTS, which uses your tax documents to determine need.

Aid comes from several places, and one FACTS application covers them all:

  • St. Edward financial aid: limited need-based aid from the church and school.

  • Parish subsidy: participating Catholic families attend at a reduced rate through their parish.

  • ACE: the diocesan Advancement for Catholic Education endowment funds additional tuition assistance based on need.

Scholarships

St. Edward families can also apply for named scholarships, including the Father Breen, Herb Williams, Knoop Science, Coach Cat, Knights of Columbus, and Trey McCormick awards.

Tennessee State Programs

St. Edward School intends to participate in Tennessee’s Education Freedom Scholarship program and accepts the Education Savings Account program. These let eligible Tennessee families use state funds toward tuition and fees.

Eligibility and applications are handled by the state of Tennessee. More information can be found by using the buttons below.

If you plan to use EFS or ESA funds at St. Edward, notify Kelly Wolfe, Director of Admissions and Enrollment, at kwolfe@stedward.org.
